Mrs. Fern Irene Egner, 55, of 7807 East U. S. 40, died Friday night at St. Luke's hospital, where she had been a patient since November 30. Mrs. Egner had been an employee of the R. L. Polk company. She was born in Yates Center, Kas., and had lived here the last ten years. She was a member of the First Christian church. She leaves her husband, Orval E. Egner of the home; a son, Wayne Egner, 1326 East Thirty-seventh; two daughters, Mrs. E. A. Desrosiers, Madison, W. Va., and Mrs. Richard D. Snow, Long Beach, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Myra Leonard, Emporia, Kas., and a brother, William Andreas, Silada, Colo. Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock Monday at the Muehlebach chapel; burial in Memorial Park cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 2 o'clock today.
