Charles H. Lewis, 78, of Lizton, passed away Aug. 15. He was born Nov. 1, 1937, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Robert and Helen (Bronte) Lewis. He married Ursula G. (Englert) Lewis on May 12, 1958 in Indianapolis.
Charles retired from the U.S. Army in 1975 and served in the Vietnam War. Memberships include the Brownsburg American Legion and Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ursula; son, Michael, daughters, Linda Goodin, Lora Russell and Yvonne Sutton; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
