Silas was the son of Frederick Goin who was born 1825 in Virginia and died 12 August 1885 in Indiana and Hannah Wolford who was born 3 May 1831 in Muskingum, Ohio and died 11 May 1900 in Elwood, Madison County, Indiana. Their burial location is unknown. The dates for Silas are from his death certificate.

Update: I found death certificate for Hannah Wolford on Ancestry and it lists her burial in Hobbs Cemetery.
