It is with deep regret that we record the death of Mr. John Leach, Sr., which occurred Sunday, 12th inst. Uncle Johnny Leach—as he was familiarly known, came from Indiana a few years ago, and by persistent toil, made a home of which any Kansan would feel proud. He leaves sons and daughters to mourn his loss, who will be joined by numerous friends, who respected and admired the many fine traits of character of “Uncle Johnny Leach.”
