CLARION - Mrs. Sara A. Geist, 63, of Lakeland, Fla., widow of W. E. Geist, died Friday in Lakeland. Born June 4, 1907, in Clarion, she was a daughter of Herbert and Alice S. McClain Cyphert. Her husband, W. E. Geist, died in 1956. Mrs. Geist was a member of the Baptist Church. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Harold (Mary Alice) Shoup of Lakeland, Mrs. John (Marjorie) Pittman of Diamond Ohio, Mrs. Frederick (Patricia) Giliam of Newton Falls, Ohio and Mrs. John (Freda) DeMarco of Warren; two sons, John Geist of Milton, Ohio and Glenn Geist of Niles, Ohio; a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Clark of Olean, N. Y.; A brother, Guy Cyphert of Clarion; 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Roberts Funeral Home in Warren, Ohio and after 9 a.m. Monday at the Gerald Goble Funeral Home in Clarion, where funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Roy C. Blair of Clarion will officiate. Interment will be in the Clarion Cemetery.
