On 29 FEB 2024, Contributor #48531559 submitted the following: Georgia (Sizemore) Pate/Brooks was still alive on 19 Apr 1910 census, of Upatoie, Muscogee Co, GA, wife of Thornton Berry Brooks. She died before 26 Sep 1910 which is the date Thornton Berry Brooks remarried to Mary Ida Ryals in Muscogee Co, GA. Therefore she died in 1910, between these two dates. Most likely on 6 July 1910. [The 1910 census household is on the settlement road with no name, running north and south from Upatoie community, in Militia District 675, Upatoie District -- all BROOKS: Berry T. (46) and wife Georgia (43) had been married 21 years (his 1st marriage, her 2nd), and she had borne 13 children, 11 of whom were still living; son John Thomas (16), daughter Annie (15), son George W. (12), son Lonnie M. (9), daughter Lila Frances (7), and son Willie B. (5).
