Ronnie was born on May 6th, 1965 in Monett, MO, to Rev. Ronald Couch and Shirley (Roller) Couch.
He attended several schools throughout the Midwest and acquired many, lifelong friends along the way.
After a long term relationship with Wendy (Riley) Wilkins of Kansas City, MO, He was married to Shari Lynn Duty in Independence, MO.
Ronnie was an avid genealogist, excelled in PC and HAM Radio repair and was an accomplished singer, illustrator and web page builder.
He will be remembered most for his charm and his wonderful sense of humor, in even the darkest of times. He loved sports.
One of his most cherished possessions was his autographed Roger Staubach photo. He was a lifelong fan of the Dallas Cowboys, he loved the Chiefs, and was a Royals fan when there were few.
Ronnie was easy to talk to and he could always make you laugh. He was, and always will be, loved and he is already greatly missed.
He is survived by his three sons Jeremiah and Nathaniel Riley and Jonathan Couch and one step-daughter, Sheyanne Vasquez, all of Kansas City, MO.
He is further survived by sisters Bennye (Rodney Long) Gill, of Rockford, IL, Deanna Hafer and one brother, Jackie (Mary) Couch, both of Kansas City and family friend Georgianne Bear also of Kansas City, six grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Judith Afton.
Memorial services are still pending but will likely take place in Joplin, MO
