Anthony T. Conti, 87, of Neshannock Township, passed away the afternoon of July 23, 2016 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. Born on August 15, 1928 in New Castle, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Nellie Frank Conti. He was also preceded in death by his wife, the former Dorothy Shaw, whom passed away on April 15, 2014.

Anthony retired as a machinist for Shenango China. He also proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps. Anthony was a member of St. Camillus Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles #455. He loved golfing, bowling, fishing, and camping, and he also enjoyed repairing clocks.

Anthony is survived by his children, Joseph Conti and wife Michele, Anthony Conti and wife Ruth, all of New Castle, and Diana Gehrs and husband Gregory of Middletown, OH; sister, MaryAnn Elias of New Castle; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. Services will be conducted Thursday at 11:30am at the funeral home, officiated by Deacon Dan Kielar of St. Camillus Church.

Interment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery.
