Beloved Son of Erastus and Johanna Fullmer Curtis. Beloved Husband of Lucinda Catherine Black Curtis. Following his marrige he resided in Orangeville Utah then he moved to Naf Idaho where he lived for one year then he moved to Woods Cross Utah where he resided for four years then in 1920 he moved to Salt Lake City Utah where he lived until his death. Mr Curtis served a mission for the Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints in the Southern States from 1887-1889. He had been a Sunday School Teacher and a High Priest and a Stake Superintendent Of Sunday Schools In Emery Stake and a member of the bishopric while living in orangeville. A retired attorney and rancher mr curtis was Emery County Attorney For a number of years. He died in a salt lake hospital at 1:30 PM after injuries from a fall. He went to a window and apparently lost his balance and fell out a second story window at the Lewis Convalescent Hospital at 4678 South Highland Drive. Funeral Services were held at the Deseret Mortuary at 36 East 700 South on Friday September 8, 1950 at 11 AM. A Viewing was held on Thursday September 7, 1950 From 5-9 PM and One Hour Prior To The Funeral Services. A Graveside Service was held after the Funeral Services. Rest In Peace.
