MANASSAS, Va. - Fannie Foscue Pruitt, 84, of Manassas, Va., died Feb. 17, 2008, at Birmingham Green Nursing Home in Manassas, Va.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21., 2008, at the Maysville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Russ Conner officiating. Burial will follow at Dogwood Memorial Cemetery in Maysville.
She was a native of Maysville and formerly worked with the Headstart Program and Continental Trailways and retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Howard "Sam" Pruitt Sr.
Survivors include daughters, Jeannette Smith of Manassas, Va., Martha Carter of Jacksonville and Anna Bralove of Sanibel Island, Fla.; sons, Frank H. Pruitt Jr. of McLean, Va., and William C. Pruitt of Charlotte; and three grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville.
