THOMAS A. FLETCHER

DeWITT, Ia. -- Thomas A. Fletcher, 69, died Wednesday in the DeWitt Community Hospital where he had been a patient for a week.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the McGinnis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Salem Lutheran Church Cemetery, Princeton.

Mr. Fletcher farmed in the Princeton area for many years and later was employed at the Rock Island Arsenal, retiring recently.

Surviving are his wife, the former Zella Graham; two daughters, Mrs. Mervin Helble of Princeton and Mrs. Robert Griep of DeWitt; one son, Elmer of McClausland; seven grandchildren and five sisters, Mrs. George McConnell of Wary, Colo., Mrs. William McClenahan of Moline; Mrs. May Brown, Mrs. Auliff and Mrs. Orvie Birney, all of Princeton.
