FRITCH – Gladys L. Fly, 88, died Friday, April 26, 1991 in Midland.

Funeral services were at 4 p.m. today at Fritch Church of Christ with Harold Parker and Allan Mitchell, officiating.

Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.

A native of Bonham, she had been a Borger area resident for 46 years. She was a housewife and member of the Fritch Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fritz Fly in 1986.

Survivors include two sons, A.B. Fly of Amarillo; and Bruce L. Fly of San Angelo; three daughters, Alta Plemmons of Midland; Linda Parker of Grimsby; and Elida Jo Mitchell of Kuna, Idaho; one sister, Jean Montomery [sic] of Amarillo; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Charley Fly, Holt Parker, Rick Plemmons, Lynn Fly, Gene Fly, and B.R. Blythe.

Memorials may be made to High Plains Childrens Home in Amarillo or to a favorite charity.
