On June 7, 2016, Jeanne Hawkins passed away and is now reunited with her husband Francis in heaven. Her loved ones held her hands, kissed her cheeks and whispered I love you as many times as possible before a tear fell from her eyes and the Lord took her home.
Jeanne Hawkins was born February 27, 1938, married to Francis Hawkins on April 2, 1955, had a beautiful daughter Randi on April 18, 1956 and then a beautiful son, Kevin on July 27, 1957. She has two granddaughters, Jenifer and Jamie and three great granddaughters, Sayda, Kamdyn and Kesyn.
Jeanne's devotion to her husband and family was one to be admired, used as an example of how love should be given, received and nurtured. The outpour of love that came from her was a true extension of God's love. Her faith, strong will and compassion guided her through life and made a difference to all who knew her.
We say goodbye to an amazing woman full of vigor, hope, love and grace. She is leaving us with a lifetime full of memories and values that we will cherish in our hearts forever. She will never be forgotten and her legacy of love will always live on.
A small graveside gathering will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. at the Murray City Cemetery 5490 S. Vine Street Murray Utah 84107, Block 15, Lot 91
