Hey Mom, it’s been twenty years since you and Dad last held hands and right now we’re all trying to imagine what your reunion must be like. Hope there’s video. We’ve all seen how hard these years have been on you. You have had some real lows, but we are all so proud that you finished the journey with your love and faith intact. You loved being a mother and were a loving and dedicated wife. Dad loved you so much you were the center of his world. When you went back to school and became a nurse we all celebrated with you and marveled at your courage and determination. You loved the hospital and helping people and you were so very good at it. You set a great example for us all and there are a lot of us now, children 7, grandchildren 31 and great grandchildren 50. We miss you Mom. Please give our love to Dad we miss him too. We’ll all be together again as a family soon enough, that is The Plan after all. Until then, we will each finish our own journey, we will remember yours and Dad’s love and we will endure together.

With all our love respect and honor, your children

Alice Christine, Wendy Colleen, Brenda Karlene (Chris), Rebecca Blanch (Byron), Dora Mary (Mike), Stacy Louise (Mark), John Keith (Julie)

Viewings will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 8, and from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, July 9, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Marion Cemetery in Marion, Utah.
