She was the youngest daughter of Donald Foster Dace and Mary Alice (Franklin) Dace. Rebecca spoke with a charming southern accent. She attended schools in Heber Springs and Malvern Arkansas and received her B.S. degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Nursing School in Little Rock Arkansas. She moved to the Denver area in 1995. She married Frank Bingham on a beach in Hawaii on November 18, 2000. As a nurse, she worked in the children's oncology department at the Denver's Children's Hospital. She was known to make the gloomiest days for the children there less scary for them. She and Frank were founding members of Cherry Creek Colorado Community Church where she taught children in the youth ministry. They had two children, Macie and Garrison. Rebecca gave up her job as a nurse to be a stay-at-home mom. She enjoyed taking in stray animals and taking her children to the zoo. In the last few months, she was helping minister AIDS and HIV people, and had arranged her church to deliver meals to them. Becca, Macie and Garrison were killed in a pedestrian-truck accident which also injured Frank. She died a few hours after her children did. Becca is survived by her husband; two sisters and many aunts, uncles, cousins and members of her husband's family. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Biography written by Sue.
