Lorraine worked for thirty years as a drafter for Milmanco Drafting before retiring. Lorraine loved gardening, people watching, and time spent with her children and grandchildren. She was a giver and well known for her many care packages to family and friends.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Graham Osker Miller in 2002, her second husband of 10 years David Marshall Latimer, Jr. (a long time family friend) in 2013 and her granddaughter Richelle Miller. Survivors include daughter Cheryl Bonnett (David) of Portland, OR; sons Randy Miller of Parker, AZ and Larry Miller of Sumner, WA; daughters Nancy Miller of Gig Harbor WA and Teresa Planka (Steve) of Inverness, FL; sisters Carol Hanson of Leavenworth, WA and Cleeta Monesmith of Wenatchee, WA; brother Ron Chard (Delores) of Spokane, WA; grandchildren Terra, Jamie, Melisa, Christopher, Carmen, Dalton and Dylan; eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
