Avon, Indiana - Earl Martin Jr., 91, Avon, formerly of Rochester, died at 8:35 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at Manor Care Health Services-Prestwick, Avon.. He was born Sept. 9, 1923, in Indianapolis, the son of Earl and Virgie May Martin. On Oct. 5, 1979, he married Permelia Susan Oaks Mason. She preceded him in death March 26, 2006.
Mr. Martin is survived by a nephew; numerous stepchildren; stepgrandchildren; and stepgreat-grandchildren.. No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester.
