Maude Carlisle Stephens was the cousin of my grandmother, Melissa Jane Carlisle Doudney who was the daughter of Ilan Fay "Richard" and Anna Belle Lukemyre Carlisle. Their common ancestor was Abraham Carlisle and Maria Jane White.
