David Seth Hornbeck, Sr., age 74, died September 7, 1993 in Salt Lake City.

Born November 8, 1918, in Monticello, New York to Van and Marian Royce Hornbeck. Married Welma Campbell October 26, 1942 in Seattle, Washington. He retired as a Lt. Col. in the U.S. Air Force in 1962. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

Survived by wife; son, David Seth Hornbeck, Jr. and his wife, Alice; granddaughter, Cynthia, all of Salt Lake City; brother, Robert Hornbeck, Providence, Rhode Island.

Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m, Sunday, September 12, at First Presbyterian Church, South Temple and "C" streets.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to First Presbyterian Church.
