A son of Orville Adams and the late Verla Howard Adams, he was a retired pipefitter out of Local 521 out of Huntington, WV. He enjoyed farming, horses, and most of all spending time with his children and grandchildren.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Debbi Elliott Adams; one son, Geoffrey Adams of Wheelersburg; two daughters, Tracy (Doug) Collins of Wheelersburg, Erica Adams (Dean Hall) of Wheelersburg; three grandchildren, Tyler Collins, Will Collins, Jett Adams; two sisters, Freda (Doug) McNelly of Wheelersburg, Della (Roger) Parsons of Marion; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tim Adams.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on June 11, 2016 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Calvin Ray Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Vernon Cemetery.
