Anna M Murray Notemyer, 84, of 14 Nathaniel Road died Monday after several months of illness. She had been a resident of Winchester, Mass., for 50 years and was a former resident of St Albans, Vt.

She served as past president of the Aberion Post, Verterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and past grand regent of the Catholic Daughters of America. She was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, the North America Benefit Association and the Ladies Society of St Mary's Church. She was the wife of the late Walter H Notemyer.

She is survived by her children, Andrew C Notemyer and Pearl M Notemyer both of Winchester, Mass; a sister Mrs Frances McKenna of Cambridge, Mass; and several grand children, great grand children, nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was held in St Mary's Church in Winchester, Mass. The Mass was celebrated by the Rev. Roger Cormier of St Mary's. Burial was in Wildwood Cemetery. Lane Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Frances (Lafountain) McKenna was a half sister.
