Mr. Hadley was a retired Union Pacific railroad employee. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack Hadley and Jessie Mae Martin; and three brothers, Joe Hadley, Dan Ryals and Robie Lista Hadley.

He was survived by his wife, Ann Hadley of Bastrop; two sons, James Mark Hadley and wife Margie Seymour Hadley of Sterlington and Michael Brian Hadley of Bastrop; three brothers, W. C. Hadley of Tyler, AL, Freddie Hadley of Baton Rouge and Huey Hadley of Calhoun; 3 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
