Joe was a very proud member of the Ote-Missouria Tribe and worked for the tribe for a number of years before moving to Seligman and working with his brother Steve Cline, in Steve's concrete company. He loved fishing and his faithful dog "Fifteen".
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Michelle Cline, of Red Rock, Oklahoma; two granddaughters, both of Red Rock, Oklahoma; eight brothers, Steve Cline of Seligman, George Cline of South Dakota, Jimmy Dale Cline of Oklahoma, Ricky Lee Cline of Missouri, David Cline of Thailand, and Ronald, Charles and Mike Sweezy all of Oklahoma; four sisters, Ellen Whitebird, of Arizona, Addie Jo Tohee and Donna Rush, both of Oklahoma, and Charlotte Magnus of Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by twins Paul and Paulette Cline, and one sister, Gloria Jean Shumate and a set of twin brothers who died in infancy.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Scott Cemetery, in Pea Ridge, Arkansas with Pastor Joe Pride officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the White Funeral Home & Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
