Life-long Mishicot Resident Dies Wednesday
Adolph Assman, 62, town of Mishicot farmer, died late yesterday at Holy Family
hospital at Manitowoc after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. from Holy Cross Catholic
Church at Mishicot with the Rev. Van Bogart officiating. There will be a short service
from the Specht Funeral home at Mishicot at 9 a.m.. Burial will be in the Mishicot
cemetery.
Mr. Assman was born March 17, 1875 on the homestead on Route 3, north-east of Mishicot.
His entire life was spent on the farm there. He married Ida Sprang February 26, 1906
at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers, Wisconsin
Survivors are the widow, two adopted daughters, and two brothers, William and Ira in
the town of Mishicot.
