Member of Trinity Lutheran church; husband of Lukris; father of Siguard, Ventura, Cal.; Trygve, Vancouver; Mrs. Gudrun Williams, Vancouver; Mrs. Mildrew Maw, Mill City, Cal.; brother of Gerhard, Vancouver, B.C.; Kristen, Fargo, N.D.; Miss Anna Bjelde, Vancouver, Wash.; Mrs. Martha Sanford, North Dakota. Funeral services Monday, Nov. 26, 3 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church. Final interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Foreign Missions Fund of the Trinity Lutheran Church. Vancouver Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Emigrated to the US on the Pavonia from Liverpool England about March 1892;
That I resided 13 years in the US 1892 to 1905 in Wisconsin, Iowa & Minnesota, and from 1914 to date in Minneapolis, Minn., the interim from 1905 to 1914 being spent in Madagascar (See Registration Certificates)

Naturalized at the District Court of Hennepin County, at Minneapolis, Minnesota on November 30, 1903.

Present residence: St Paul, Minnesota
Occupation: Missionary

Going abroad temporarily and return to the US within seven years.

Desire passport for
British Empire, Norway, Sweden (all En route to Madagascar)
French Possessions and Madagascar as a Missionary.
Leave the Port of New York on the Christianiafjord on July 15, 1916
