Mrs. Leona Peatman, 63, died late Monday evening at the Medical Center Hospital in Burlington after a long illness.
She was born in Fairfax July 15, 1919, daughter of Charles Francis Barkyoumb and Emma Gilbeau.
She is survived by her husband George M Peatman of Middlesex; three sons, George J of Westfield, Mass, Philip of Montpelier and Jack of Montpelier; three daughters, Mrs Vivie Ward of Montpelier, Mrs Veronica Vailliere of Frederick, Md., and Mrs Lorraine Andronaco of Essex Jct.
Funeral service will be held today from the Middlesex Methodist Church at 2 p.m.
