PEORIA, ARIZ. Kathryn M. Metoxen, 95, formerly of Wayne, Pa. died peacefully Sunday, February 2, 2003, at her daughters residence of a brief illness.
She was born in York. Mrs. Metoxen and her husband the late Elmerson ‘Chief' Metoxen lived in Wayne before returning to Arizona.
Kay was an outdoor enthusiast and she loved the Arizona desert. She was a member of the Sun City Rockhound Club.
Mrs. Metoxen is survived by her daughter, Yvonne Brockman; three sons, Arthur Adair, Martin and J. Timothy; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Graveside service and burial will be in Old St. David's Cemetery, Wayne, Pa.
