Billie LaRae Taylor Goetsch, 79, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2005.
She was born September 2, 1925 in Ogden, Utah to Lee Clair and Alice Belle Lee Taylor.
In June of 1952, Billie married Marvin E. Goetsch. He preceded her in death.
She was raised in Ogden where she attended Wever County Schools.
Billie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She sang on the radio with her sister as part of the western band, Utah Play Boys.
Billie enjoyed crocheting, knitting, needlework, of which she did a beautiful job, and gardening. She loved her cat, Tabby.
She is survived by two foster children, William (Jeanne) Frerichs and Scott (Kathy) Frerichs, all of Olkahoma; a foster granddaughter, Genevieve Frerichs; a brother Clair Lee (Dorothy) Taylor, Farr West, a sister Alice Gay (Larry, deceased) Taylor Goetsch, Spirit Lake, IA; and many neices and nephews.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a sister Lavina Taylor Baird.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 2nd, at 11 a.m. at the Plain City Cemetery.
