Amos was the son of Alexander Lee & Elizabeth Jane Danner Linn & the Husband of Ima Myrtle Nalley. They had two sons Albert Leonard & Clifford James Lynn who both died in infancy., they had three daughters Evelyn Jane Lynn (Mentzer), Vivian Irene Lynn (Mentzer) & Wilma June Lynn (Myers). He worked for The Western Maryland Railroad in Hagerstown and it was while working in Gettysburg that he fell between two trains and he lost an arm.
