CROSS, Charles D. age 90 went to be with the Lord on April 10, 2016.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 14, 2016 from 4 PM 8 PM at Brown Funeral Home -1480 E Hill Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.
A Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 15, 2016 at 12 PM with one hour of visitation prior to at Brown Funeral Home with Reverend Dale Cross and Pastor Mike Prince officiating.

Charles will be laid to rest on April 15, 2016 at Sunset Hills Cemetery.
He was born October 27, 1925 in Caro, Michigan. He lived in Flint, Michigan for most of his life.

Graduated from Flint Central High School in 1944 and was drafted into the army the same day.
He served in the 89th infantry division in Europe during WWII.

He worked at GM for 36 years and is survived by his 5 sons: Jim (Annette), Ron (Elaine), Ray (Jackie), Rich (Joanne), Dennis (Carol); 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great- grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Emma; 3 brothers: Lloyd, Floyd, and Leonard; 2 sisters: Gerry and Aleta.

He attended the Free Methodist Church in Michigan and the Nazarene church in Florida.
