She married Martin Luther Cook on March 4, 1927 in Princeton, Illinois. He died on November 16, 1961.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Berryman of Mackinaw, Illinois; one foster son, James Eyrse of Mackinaw, Illinois; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; on brother, John Decker of Buda, Illinois; and two sisters, Ruth Hanna of Mercede, California; and Edith Carlson of Denver, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.
