A native of Merrimac, Mr. Braun had lived in Madison for about 50 years until moving near Stoughton three years ago. He was employed for 22 years as a printer by the Blied Printing Co. and retired from that job last Friday.
He was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; four daughters, Mrs. George Parker, Red Granite; Mrs. Henry Tapendorf, 1904 Ferris ave.; Mrs. William Quinn, Seattle, Wash.; and Mrs. Joseph Davis, Arlington, Va.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
