Nancy Ann (McClain) Munn, 72, of Avon, died Apr. 6, 2016. Nancy was born Apr. 14, 1943 in Indianapolis to Adrian P. and Mary L. (Dooley) McClain. She was a graduate of Avon High School and Indiana University School of Dental Hygiene. Nancy married John L. Munn Feb. 14, 1965. She had been a dental hygienist for 44 years, working with Leon Turner, DDS at Plainfield for 27 years, and with Robert Hindman, DDS at Speedway for 17 years. Nancy was a member of Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church in Avon, where she and John were married, and a charter member of Avon Tri Kappa Sorority. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm Sat., Apr. 16, 2016 at Bartlett Chapel, located at 4396 E. Main St., Avon, with visitation from 1 pm until time of service. The scattering of her cremains will take place in Kauai, Hawaii. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, John, her daughter Molly S. (Daryl) Hensley - Avon, a grandson, Jack M. Hensley, her brother, Rex (Kay) McClain - Avon, and a sister, Linda J. McClain - Indianapolis.
