William Chester Aldridge Jr., age 83, of Raven Avenue in Mt. Sterling, passed away Monday, April 4th, at his home following a long illness. He was born November 20, 1932, in Jessamine County, a son of the late William Chester Aldridge Sr. and Thelma Lee Montgomery Ingram. He was a former construction supervisor with Wilson’s Leather Company and was a member of the Christian Assembly of God. He was a Veteran of the United States Army where he served in the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by:
His Wife: Jewel Dean Flanery Aldridge
2 Sons: Thomas Lee Aldridge (Mary), Colorado
William Charles Aldridge (Brenda), Irvine
1 Sister: Barbara Abney, Lexington
6 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Step-Father who raised him, James Ingram, a Step Daughter, Leslie Carol Lee, 2 Siblings, Margaret Sparks and Virgil Lee Aldridge.

Funeral services at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel by Bro. Scott Barnes with burial to follow in the South Irvine Cemetery.
