Phoebe was born 22 May or Aug. 1821, the daughter of Samuel Knight and Sophia Holland. She married Daniel Parks on 29 July 1840 in Queens Co., NB.

Phoebe and her husband were reportedly buried in the family burying ground on their farm in Union Settlement, their stones no longer standing by the 1970s/80s.
