Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Workinger-Semmel F.H. and Crematorium Inc., 849 E. Market St. Viewing will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Brenneman was born March 24, 1918, in Baltimore County. He was the son of the late Harvey and Eliza (Bortner) Brenneman.
Mr. Brenneman was co-owner & operator of the former Verna's Restaurant, located at 49 E. Phila. St., York, for 30 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by a daughter, Patsy Ann Ellwein of Manchester; a granddaughter, Brenda L. Landis of York; two great-grandchildren, Sharon E. Landis and Sherry L. Lucia.
