Born in Philadelphia, Barbara was the daughter of the late Byron and Miriam (Oppenheimer) Fell.
Barbara was the proprietor of her families Jewelry Store in Bucks County for many years until her retirement.
She is survived by her 2 sons: Joseph E. Mortimer III of Bensalem and Douglas R. Mortimer and his wife Donna of Doylestown. A daughter: Kathy Petrie and her husband Mark of Southampton and the late James S. Mortimer and Barbara Bjorn. She was the Grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 6. She also leaves her sister: Ruth and her husband Robert and Sister - in - laws: Phyllis and her husband Bill and Peggy and her husband Lou.
Relatives and friends are invited to Barbara's visitation on Thursday March 17, 2016 from 9:30 AM and to her Funeral Mass celebrated by Msgr. Joseph Garvin at St. Christopher's RC Church 13301 Proctor Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19116. Entombment in Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville, PA.
