Swedish prince. He was of the Bielbo Dynasty, son of King Magnus III Barnlock and Queen Haelwig. He was a powerful Duke of Sudermania from 1303. He rebelled with his brother Duke Waldemar against their brother King Birger, briefly incarcerating him in the famous "Håtuna Game" scandal. Freed, King Biger locked the two rebels up to die in a castle tower at the equally infamous "Nyköping Banquet". His widow Ingiburga, originally a Princess of Norway, made sure their baby son became King of Sweden as Magnus IV and of Norway as Magnus VII by ruling herself for a year after her husband's death.
