HUMBOLDT - Nadine Frances Anderson, 81, died Saturday, March 2, 2002, at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center.

She was born Jan. 2, 1921, in Humboldt, the daughter of Everett L. and Myrtle R. Osborn Wrestler.

She attended Humboldt schools.

She worked at the Peter Pan Ice Cream Store and was an Avon lady for Humboldt and the surrounding area.

She was the coordinating counselor for the Green Thumb for the local counties.

She was an avid gardener and enjoyed traveling.

She was married to Jack Lamons. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Gary Wayne Lamons, Anderson, Calif., and Jay Dean Lamons, Erie; Jacqueline Sue Baker, Erie, and Arleta Fay Myers, Fredonia; a brother, Everett Wrestler Jr.; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Lloyd Wrestler, and a sister, Viola Wrestler.

Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 7, at Johnson Mortuary, led by the Rev. Robert Wagenaar.

Memorials are suggested to the Center for Basic Cancer Research and may be left with the funeral home.
