Gail Caughorn Abbott Walker, age 64, of South Knoxville, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016.

She was preceded in death by parents, James and Marie Caughorn; and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include children, Teresa (Daniel) Abbott and Damia (Mike) Abbott; grandchildren, Dennis, Brandon, Hailey, and Austyn; long-time companion, Jerry Chapman; siblings, Dail Caughorn and Janie (Steve) Long; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Family and friends will meet at 10:45 a.m., Thursday at Seven Islands Cemetery for graveside services at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
