He is survived by his sons, Larry Broughton and life partner Bob Anastasia and Dennis Broughton and family; by his daughter, Bev Hancock and husband Hubert Hancock ; by his grandchildren; Ryan, Lance, Tyler, Benjamin and Catherine; by his great grandson, Hayes Hancock and great granddaughter, Jewell Hancock.
He loved and enjoyed fishing, gardening, raising tomatoes and other vegetables and fruits.
Ted served his country honorable in the South Pacific during WWII in the US Air Force as a mechanic on B-25 bombers.
Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Rosewood Funeral Home in Pasadena. Graveside service will follow at Roselawn Cemetery, Palestine, Texas.
