Last rites were held Saturday morning at the Lynam funeral home for James O. Butler, who died at his home here Thursday at the age of 85 years, survived by a daughter, Mrs. Delmar Eaks, and two grandchildren.
The funeral sermon was by Mrs. Edna Reddick, Pastor of the Westland Friends Church, and interment was at Walnut Ridge.

Aunt Mollie was raised by Caleb and Esther Bundy in Hancock County, Indiana. Mollie was brought to Walnut Ridge by Home of Friendless from Cincinnati, her father went to war in 1862 and never came back. There were four children, Jim; Elizabeth; Mollie; and Jennie.
