Graveside services celebrating the life of Geraldine Womack, 90, were held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Antioch Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery, Quitman, LA. Rev. Robert Tyler officiated ther service.
Geraldine was bone Dec. 25, 1925 and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Feb. 4, 2016. She worked for 35 years as a secretary for the Cetified Public Accounting Firm of Heard, McElroy and Vestal in Shreveport, LA.
Geraldine was preceded in death by husband and love of her life, Gilbert L. Womack, her parents, Lester R. and Allie Nix Anderson, her in laws, Gilbert and Augusta Womack, sister, Nell Anderson Weems, brother, James Lamar Anderson, brother, Lester "Junior" Anderson, sister-in-law-, Helen Anderson, and brother-in-law, John Tinsley.
She is survived by her sister, Zora Tinsley. Her daughter, Jerry Ann Masters and husband Charles F. Masters, her grandson, Charles Masters of Dallas, her grand-daughter Susan Sullivan and husband Jeff of Denton, TX and her great grandchildren Samantha Sullivan and Benjamin Sullivan, her sister-in-law Barbara Womack Harville and husband Bobby and her numerous nieces and nephews she loved very much.
Memorials can be made to Antioch Cemetery in Quitman, LA.
