A note about her death appeared in the Center Ass'n Minutes of Aug. 21, 1919, which reported, "Bro. J.N. Caton arrived and announced the death of his daughter, Sis. Middie(sic) Collins(sic), and Bro. Coggins left with him for his home."
Finally located her grave after checking her marriage license and found the correct spelling of her names. Probably her young husband later married after her untimely death, but have not located his memorial. (He said he was 21y when he married.)
