EXCELSIOR, MINN. - While at work in a field yesterday, Herman Abbott was stricken with apoplexy. This was the third stroke and he died in a short time. He was 61. He was born in Illinois and came to this country a quarter of a century ago. He resided at a beautiful country place called Abbottswold. He left a wife, one son and three daughters. The funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, at the home.
