Mrs. Kimmel was born in Woodbury, Va., the daughter of the late Dr. Joshua Gregg Gibson and Mrs. Susan Waters Gibson.
She lived all her married life at Linganore, Frederick county. At the death of her husband Pratby Kimmel, in 1933, she went to live with her daughters in Baltimore.
Mrs. Kimmel is survived by a half-brother, Dr. Hopkins Gibson of Frederick, and by three daughters, Miss Mary and Miss Elizabeth Kimmel of Baltimore, and Mrs. Eleanor K. Hall of Philadelphia.
