Mary Elizabeth 'Betsy' must only have a native stone marker with the inscription 'Betsy' on it. But it must be Mary Elizabeth Jamison, wife of Elisha Marshall Garland, who is also interred here. There is another record that just says 'Jamison', so one of her parents or siblings may also be buried here.

I have used the death date most often given, but if that is 90 year old Betsy in the household with son Wesley over in Mitchell, NC in 1920, this death date is incorrect. I do think that whenever/wherever she died she was brought to be interred beside her husband, 'Marsh.'
