MRS. ETHEL BARRETT DIED
Mrs. Ethel Barrett died Saturday night at the home of Mr and Mrs J.F. Barrett, in this city, after being confined to her bed for five weeks. Mrs. Barrett had been in ill health for about two years and was stricken with paralysis three weeks ago.
The funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Garvin by Rev. Robt. Merry, of that city.
Mrs. Barrett is survived by one child, father and mother, Mr and Mrs J.H. Morrison, of Woodville, Okla., and a host of friends and relatives to mourn her death.
She was 27 years of age and had been a member of the Baptist church about three years and was a good Christian lady.
Her husband, John Barrett, died about 15 months ago and was buried at Garvin.
He was a brother of Attorney G.M. Barrett of this city. The Gazette joins the many friends of the family in extending sympathy.
