Mrs. LUCINDA SHEPHERD, widow of the late Philip Shepherd, died at her home in Middletown last night at 10 o'clock of paralysis.

She is survived by two sons and three daughters: Mr. Mathias Shepherd, near Middletown; Mr. Harlan Shepherd, at home; Mrs. George Dinterman, Middletown; Mrs. Charles Miller and Mrs. Clayton Miller, Jefferson.

The funeral will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o'clcok. Services will be held in the Lutheran church at Middletown.
