BEAM, Alden Emanuel With sadness, we announce the passing of Alden Beam, at the John Noble Home in Brantford, on July 3, 2009, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Evelyn for 65 years. Father of Brian, Malcolm, Keith, Brent and Brenda. He will be missed by ten grandchildren. He was treasurer of Branch #60 Burlington Legion for many years after tirelessly and bravely serving in the Canadian Air Forces for 6 years during WWII. Service to be held in the chapel at WHITE CHAPEL MEMORIAL GARDENS, 1895 Main Street West, Hamilton, on Monday, July 6 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Nature Conservancy of Canada would be appreciated by the family. www.catteleatonandchambers.ca
